TWIST Theatre Development Projects is a dynamic networking project that focuses on building skills and creating a sustainable network for community theatre development in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

The project focuses on both artistic and administrative skills, including organisational development, scriptwriting, directing, performance, arts and business administration, and publicity.

TWIST works with six selected community theatre groups from different regions of KZN each year, who participate in our core programme and are linked with mentors who work with them to create projects that benefit their own communities. We also link these groups with our partners and other key role-players in the theatre industry.
